Tuscaloosa Mayor Walt Maddox says folks witnessing local bars not abiding by ADPH re-opening guidelines should report it to 311. The Mayor also told the Steve Shannon Morning Show that his proposal to provide money to small businesses is expected to pass next week’s second vote before the city council. The mayor discussed why two council members were opposed. The mayor’s proposal is for the city to provide one million dollars to help small businesses who have been shutdown due to Covid 19.
