First 500 Alabama Students Will Get in Free to NIT Game Against Richmond
The University of Alabama announced Monday that the first 500 students with a valid ACT card would receive free admission to the Crimson Tide's first round NIT game against Richmond.
The school originally promoted $4 tickets for students, which you can probably assume will be the price for any students beyond the first 500. With the school on spring break this week, the demand won't be as high for the free admission.
Tickets for every other fan will be $10 and seating is general admission, which means you'll be able to sit anywhere except the courtside and baseline seats.
The Crimson Tide earned a 3-seed in the postseason tournament and will face A-10 foe Richmond. The Spiders won 20 games this season and finished just two games out of first place in conference's regular season standings. Alabama is a 7-point favorite in the game.
Fans can hear the live broadcast on 95.3 the Bear beginning at 7PM on Tuesday.
