The incident went down in Childersburg, Alabama.

The pastor is from Vision of Abundant Life Church in Sylacauga, Alabama.

The officers claim they were just responding to a call about a suspicious car in the area.

It doesn't make sense to me how it escalated from a call to handcuffs.
