Birmingham Man Charged In Buddy’s Food Mart Shooting

Jon Whitt, 22, has been charged as one of several men who fired more than 50 shots outside Buddy's Food Mart about 1am on October 2. The man had been asked to leave a party at Cypress Inn.

Three men were taken to DCH after the shooting. There was damage at Buddy's from the shooting.

The investigation is ongoing with more arrests expected.
