Tuscaloosa Road to Close for Bridge Construction Next Week

Repair work will take place on 35th Street beginning next week as crews prepare to bring new life to a 25-year-old bridge.

The construction will take place on 35th street between Kauloosa Avenue and Old Kaulton Road and will be closed from 8 am Tuesday through 5 pm Thursday.

The work will consist mainly of strengthening the dirt foundation and pouring new concrete.
