It doesn't seem like it's been a month since our last outing at Black Warrior Brewing for the Third Thursday Songwriter's Showcase but it's that time again!

The showcase begins at 7u pm tomorrow night (Thursday, July 20th) at Black Warrior's tap room on University Boulevard, across from Children's Hands On Museum.

This monthly event features local and Nashville based singer/songwriters in what is known as a "round". Singing their songs, telling stories and musically accompanying each other. Artists attending this month include Charity Bowden, Victoria Camp, Megan McMillan, Robert Bubba Hall, and Tuscaloosa's musical son Ham Bagby.

Now, here's the plus, a portion of everything you buy from Black Warrior Brewing Company on Thursday will go to help Focus on Senior Citizens. You don't have to make a donation or pay a cover, just come, enjoy a few beers and listen to the music! Pus, one of Tuscaloosa's newest restaurants, Dotson's Burger Spot, will also have food on hand.

Follow the Facebook event page for updates!
