In Thursday night's preseason game against the Las Vegas Raiders, Jobe stood out in the game that ended in a 23-23 tie. Jobe had an interception in the second quarter, securing a turnover and returning it 38 yards to shift field position.

As the confetti fell, all four of the Crimson Tide alumni playing in Super Bowl LVII left the field in defeat. However, they and their Eagles teammates were part of one of the greatest Super Bowls ever played.

According to Matt Zenitz of On3 Sports, Alabama senior cornerback Josh Jobe underwent foot surgery this week and will be unavailable for the Tide's playoff run. Jobe has been dealing with a turf toe injury that has impacted his availability most of the year.
