New Service Delivers Your Publix Groceries to Your Door

What if I told you that you could get your Publix order to your house without ever having to leave the couch? The future is here, y'all, and it's a delivery service called Shipt!

The Birmingham-based company allows you to place an order through an app and then choose a time for your order to be delivered to your home or business. There is a slight markup in price; The Tuscaloosa News reports shoppers will pay approximately $40 for a $35 order.

A yearly membership to Shipt will cost $99; it includes free delivery on orders of $35 or more.
