Cheers to Mardi Gras! Also, Fat Tuesday is Tuesday, February 16, 2021.

What is it all about? Well, there is tons of history behind it all. For me, It’s a celebration of history, music, king cakes, parades, beads, krewes, masks, feathers, floats, elaborate costumes, continuous vibes, drinking, and more. Basically, everything that allows us to Laissez Les Bon Temps Rouler which is Cajun French for let the good times roll!

This was supposed to be the year I made it down to New Orleans to experience a Mardi Gras parade. Due to the pandemic, the parades are canceled. It’s all good because parades went virtual. Click here to check it out.

Since Mardi Gras is on pause for 2021, I figured you might miss the eclectic Mardi Gras views. I sure do. However, even though there is a pandemic, there is still a Mardi Gras spirit. New Orleanians are decorating their homes; check out the creativity.

New Orleans, see you (hopefully) in 2022!
