"The performances originally scheduled for tonight will be rescheduled to a later date," the City of Tuscaloosa posted to Facebook Friday morning as they announced the cancelation.

Live at The Plaza for May 3rd was canceled due to the threat of thunderstorms in the area according to the City of Tuscaloosa. "Stay safe and dry tonight, and we’ll see you next week," the city posted on their Facebook page.
The free concert series put on by the City of Tuscaloosa originally scheduled 9 events throughout the summer. Tonight's cancelation leaves 8 events on the schedule.
