Alabama: This Kid’s TV Show Planned Something Crazy for Today
Do you have an unexplained yearning for Italian today?
There might be a good reason why. Today, November 16, 2023, is an important day in television history. Back in 2009, the Disney Channel Show The Suite Life on Deck, referenced this exact date.
In the show, the main characters Zack and Cody (played by Dylan and Cole Sprouse), are traveling around the world on a cruise and make a stop in Italy.
The episode, titled "When in Rome," features Zack and Cody trying their best in to get in the fancy Italian restaurant Gigi's. Unfortunately, they have failed to make a reservation ahead of time...here's the clip:
As the date has drawn closer, folks on the internet have definitely gotten excited.
Cole and Dylan haven't commented on the event, but Disney Channel made sure to commemorate the moment by publishing the full episode on their YouTube channel.
