Washington Post Highlights Local Radio Amid Spectrum Blackout
As the Spectrum blackout of ESPN continues for millions of viewers ahead of the Texas vs. Alabama football game, The Washington Post highlights two local radio stations, Tide 100.9 and 95.3 The Bear for their free broadcast for the game.
In the article, writer Shira Ovide was giving other ways to hear the game for Spectrum customers and mentioned the two local stations that carry The Crimson Tide Sports Network.
On Saturday, both stations will be airing The Tide Tailgate Show at 1 p.m CT followed by The CTSN Pre Game Show at 3 p.m. CT. The matchup will start at 6 p.m. CT and CTSN's Post Game Show at approximately 9 p.m. CT followed by The Tide Post Game Show at approximately 11 p.m. CT.
Tide 100.9 and 95.3 The Bear give fans multiple ways to listen to their coverage, including the FM dial, the websites (tide1009.com and 953thebear.com), and through the free Tide 100.9 and 95.3 The Bear apps, which are in the App Store.
