Alabama football wide receiver Thaiu Jones-Bell has been removed from the Crimson Tide's roster on RollTide.com, according for 247Sports' Mike Rodak.

"Wide receiver Thaiu Jones-Bell is no longer listed on the Tide's roster after he was listed on the July 12 version of the roster in Alabama's media guide that was distributed before SEC media days," wrote Rodak.

Jones-Bell has spent three seasons at the Capstone, recording four receptions for 19 yards.

The Fla., native is a former four-star recruit from the class of 2020. He ranked No. 144 nationally, No. 25 in wide receivers, and No. 22 in the state of Fla., according to 247Sports Composite. 

Alabama kicks off its season against Middle Tennessee State on Saturday, Sept. 2 at 6:30 p.m. CT. Coverage will be on Tide 100.9 FM and the Tide 100.9 app which is free to download in the App Store.
