Garth Brooks is coming to Calgary as part of the final stretch of his World Tour.

Brooks and wife Trisha Yearwood have announced a single concert date at Scotiabank Saddledome in Calgary, AB on Saturday, Sept. 9. The concert will be the final show of the current tour for the provinces of Alberta and Saskatchewan, according to a press release Wednesday (July 19).

Tickets for the Calgary gig are set to go on sale Friday, July 28 at 10AM MDT with an eight ticket limit per purchase. All seats will be available exclusively via ticketmaster.ca/garthbrooks online or by calling Ticketmaster Express at 1-855-985-5500 or 1-855-985-5000. There will be no ticket sales at the venue box office or Ticketmaster outlets on July 28. All seats are sold equally as best available and will cost a total of $79.98.

Brooks launched his comeback tour in 2014, and he's preparing to bring it to an end in December in North America, though he has said he plans to turn his attention to overseas dates after that. He's sold a total of 5.5 million tickets so far, surpassing even the success that he had as a touring act at his commercial peak in the '90s and raking in $60 million in the last 12 months to top Forbes' list of the top-earning country singers.

"So when it’s all said and done and it’s January, it’s funny, what am I gonna miss? I’m gonna miss this. It’s the greatest way to spend your days," he tells NewsOK. "I don’t know how it gets better than this. What the future is, I don’t know. Will we ever tour this hard again? I seriously doubt it. But you never say never, and God has blessed us. I never thought this tour would happen. I thought when we hung it up to raise the babies in 2000, I thought we were done then. So this has been a wonderful surprise, and I’m always up for those down the line."
