Faucett-Vestavia PTO to Host Mighty Viking Color Dash Saturday, April 8, 2017

Get ready to run--and have some fun! The Faucett-Vestavia Elementary School PTO is hosting the Mighty Viking Color Dash Saturday morning at Tuscaloosa County High School!

The Mighty Viking Color Dash is an exciting and out-of-the-ordinary race experience. Each runner receives a bag of colored powder that s/he can toss at other runners during the race; runners also get to make their way through the course where they'll dart through bursts of colored powder. It's going to be a colorful blast!

The Mighty Viking Color Dash benefits the Faucett-Vestavia Elementary School PTO, with a portion of proceeds to benefit the family of Jackson Sexton, a 5th grader at FVES who was diagnosed with Leukemia last year.

Registration for the Mighty Viking Color Dash is $35. You can sign-up in advance HERE or pay your registration fee the day of the race; however, if you register on race day, you need to pay with exact change. The race begins at 8 a.m. with late registration accepted from 7:00 a.m. to 7:45 a.m.
