DCH To Host Week-Long Virtual Hiring Event
Those looking for employment in West Alabama may find a job at a week-long hiring event hosted by DCA. West Alabama works announced a partnership with DCH Health Systems for a virtual hiring event from June 8 Through June 15.
"We are excited to partner with West AlabamaWorks! on this Virtual Recruitment Event. The pandemic has presented unique challenges for our community and health care across the nation. That’s why it’s so important to get the right people to provide quality patient care,” said Director of Employment and Workforce Development Kelly Nichols. “Whether you’re assisting patients at the bedside, ensuring they have their meals or providing a clean and healthy hospital environment, all positions are essential to DCH Health System operations. We hope to fill more than 100 positions and look forward to helping job seekers begin a fulfilling career at DCH,” said Nichols.
During the week-long hiring event, DCH will be looking for full-time and part-time positions including an immediate need for a laboratory phlebotomist and registrar. DCH has immediate openings for registered nurse positions, patient care assistants, nutritional services, and environmental services. Signing bonuses are included with all those positions. The pay varies by position and experience with positions earning up to $24 an hour
