Alabama was scheduled to play UAB Tuesday evening, but the game has since been cancelled. The Crimson Tide can now look ahead to a home matchup with Troy and a weekend series against the College of Charleston.

Alabama and Ole Miss are not the only SEC teams to stumble. Tennessee and Florida also dropped in the polls. The Volunteers dropped five spots in the poll down to No. 22 while Florida falls to No. 7 from the top spot.

LSU, Mississippi, South Carolina, Arkansas and Vanderbilt are the teams climbing up the list. The Mississippi State Bulldogs climbed up the list after victories over Tulane and Texas Tech in Arlington. The Vanderbilt Commodores started the weekend rocky after a loss to Georgia State, but took the series over the Panthers. LSU was victorious as the Tigers handled Youngstown State and Nicholls State, while South Carolina narrowly defeated Clemson in a double header.

Each SEC Baseball team will be in action this weekend at home, except for Alabama on the road at Charleston. SEC Conference play will start on March 19-21 with notable games including: Alabama at Arkansas, Mississippi State at LSU and South Carolina at Vanderbilt.
