The latest data from the Alabama Department of Public Health shows the agency has received 28 reported deaths from the novel Coronavirus outbreak within the state.

There have also been 1,106 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Alabama, 30 of which are in Tuscaloosa County. Jefferson County has 305 confirmed cases and one confirmed death while Shelby County has 89 cases and two confirmed deaths.

In Walker County, there are 32 confirmed cases of the novel Coronavirus. Lamar, Fayette, and Hale Counties all have one confirmed case; Bibb County has three confirmed cases, and Pickens and Greene Counties each have four confirmed cases of COVID-19.
