
Wreck Involving Tuscaloosa Police Officer Kills Motorcyclist on Highway 43
A fatal accident occurred on Highway 43 in Tuscaloosa County this morning. According to Townsquare Media Traffic Reporter Captain Ray, an off-duty Tuscaloosa Police Officer was driving in a squad car on Highway 43 close to Tuscaloosa County High early this morning (Tuesday, April 4, 2017) when a motorcyclist pulled out in front of the TPD officer near the Clear Creek Subdivision. A fatal accident occurred, and the motor cycle rider was pronounced dead at DCH Regional Medical Center.
The name of the officer and the name of the motorcyclist have not been released.
