Alabama dropped Tuesday’s midseries matchup to No. 12 Southern Miss, as the Golden Eagles powered to a 14-4 victory behind two grand slams.

Patriots quarterback Ethan Crawford made the commitment official just three days after receiving his offer.

While Southern Miss doesn't seem to pose a threat to Alabama, they still will try to play focused football.
