A West Alabama purveyor of pies will soon close permanently, and although the business is just five years old, its closure will mark the end of a longer era in Greensboro.

The event will begin at 8 am in the Greensboro Middle School Common Area 620 Carver Street Greensboro, AL 36744.

Quarterback Roosevelt Towns was the engine that propelled the Panthers offense to a massive 52 points, their best scoring output of the season. Towns rushed for 129 yards on the evening and scored two rushing touchdowns. He also completed 8-of-17 passes for 84 yards and two touchdowns and converted on 5-of-7 2-point conversions rushing, accounting for 34 Panther points.

The Northside Rams (1-0) dominated the Hale County Wildcats (0-1) 35-0 on the road to claim their first win of the season.
