More than 30 members of the Tuscaloosa Fire Department were feared to be exposed to Covid-19 after 1tested positive today.  A report released today says 17 will remain on paid leave and a total of 24 as we start April 2020.  I spoke with several family members about the situation and most plan to "hunker down" inside the home away from loved ones for several weeks.

This is a scary situation for our first responders that we seem to be putting on the front lines without proper gear in many areas around the country.  We must make it a MUCH HIGHER PRIORITY moving forward to ensure the safety of our people.  This includes those at the grocery store, delivering groceries, truckers, and so many keeping this world turning.  Let's all say a prayer for our Tuscaloosa Fire Department families in these troubled times.  #WildBillShow
