Messy Tuscaloosa Home Leads To Argument With Gunfire
Authorities are reporting that an argument over a messy home led to gunshots being fired on Monday Afternoon.
The suspect, Anquetta Lewis, 20, is accused of firing gun shots at a car occupied by three children, whose ages were 3, 4, & 6. Fortunately, none of those children were injured in the gunfire.
Tuscaloosa Police Officers were called about a "domestic disturbance", on the 3500 block of Sixth Street. Lewis and another woman had been arguing about the messy residence, when the situation quickly escalated into a physical confrontation. A neighbor told officers that Lewis went inside the home, came back outside with a gun, and fired one gunshot into the vehicle occupied by the three children.
She has been charged with shooting a gun into an occupied vehicle, and is currently being held being held on a $15,000 Bond. Other charges could be pending, Authorites say..
