Tuscaloosa City Schools Aims to Hire 65 at Career Fair Next Week
Administrators at Tuscaloosa City Schools are looking to hire more than five dozen people to open positions at a recruitment fair next week.
The four-hour event will happen next Thursday, July 18th, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. inside Central High School's auxiliary gym at 905 15th Street.
More than 20 jobs available are for classroom teachers, but roles are also open for transportation, facilities staff and within the Child Nutrition Program.
TCS is also looking for substitute teachers.
“We have a variety of career opportunities within TCS,” said Deron Cameron, Assistant Superintendent of Operations. “If you are looking to make a difference in the lives of our children, join us at the TCS job fair.”
