King identified the driver as Willie T. Wills, a 44-year-old Moundville man.

Troopers say Wills crashed into a 2019 GMC Arcadia that was being driven by a 41-year-old man from Brent.

King said Wills was not wearing a seatbelt and was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash.

The other driver and two juveniles in his vehicle were both hospitalized for injuries they sustained in the crash.

King said the crash took place in Bibb County on Alabama Highway 5 near the 84 mile marker, approximately two miles south of Brent.

No other details were available on Friday.
