Tuscaloosa Turkey Trot Supports Magic Moments Charity
The 7th Annual Wagner’s Turkey Trot on Saturday, November 22, is a great way to kick off Thanksgiving week with your family and friends, along with the Tuscaloosa running community, to help benefit Magic Moments, Alabama’s child wish-granting charity.
Founded in 1984, The Magic Moments goal is to “grant non-medical magic moments to children ages 4 – 18 with chronic life-threatening or acute life-altering conditions, who live or receive treatment in the state of Alabama, as well as continue a relationship through our Beyond the Moment program.”

The race takes place on Saturday, November 22, at 8 a.m. and will start at “Wagner's Team Sports in Northport, located at 406 Bridge Ave, Northport, right next to our race partner Iron Tribe Fitness and just down the road from Dreamland BBQ,” said the Turkey Trot website.
Registration ends November 21 at 11:59 p.m. For more details about the Turkey Trot, visit www.tuscaloosaturkeytrot.com.
For those who register for the Turkey Trot, you can pick up your race bib at two different times. Option 1 is Friday, November 21, from Noon to 6 p.m. at the Wagner's RunWalk in Downtown Tuscaloosa, located at 420 Queen City Ave, Tuscaloosa.
