Three-Star Offensive Lineman Commits to Alabama
Three-star class of 2024 offensive lineman Joseph Ionata has committed to the Alabama Crimson Tide.
"I'm home," tweeted Ionata.
The upcoming senior made the decision just two days after he was offered by the Crimson Tide while at a camp at the Capstone.
The Fla., native ranks No. 978 nationally, No. 70 in inside offensive linemen, and No. 130 in the state of Fla., according to 247Sports Composite.
Ionata is the eighth commit for Alabama's class of 2024 and the first offensive lineman, putting the class at No. 11 in 247Sports' Recruiting Rankings.
He chose Alabama over major programs like Miami, Florida, and Ole Miss.
