Spain Park dominated from the opening kickoff. Senior Wr Reggie Jackson took the opening kickoff 95 yard to give the Jags a 7-0 lead. Tuscaloosa County responded with a Junior Solis 27-yard field goal.

Followed by a interception by Jamari Moseley and a fumble recovery by the Jaguars defense Senior RB Derick Shanks took it in from 1 yard out. County was able to answer with a 26-yard field goal to end the half.

On a rainy night in north Tuscaloosa County the Northside Rams (1-0) took down the Berry Wildcats (0-1) 37-6 to open the 2021 season with a rivalry game victory. The Rams were dominant in the trenches from the start of the game and capitalized off crucial turnovers to take control of the contest.
