Two former Alabama softball players have announced their transfer destination.

Aubrey Barnhart and Jenna Lord have both transferred to Texas Tech.

Barnhart entered her name into the portal in late May after spending two seasons at the Capstone. She started in 28 games, including 13 starts, and recorded a .175 batting average, eight runs, seven hits, seven walks, four runs batted in, one stolen base, a .225 slugging percentage, and a .340 on base percentage.

The Tenn., native hadn't played for the Tide since February.

Lord was one of six players to enter the portal in May of 2022 after spending one season in Tuscaloosa. She recorded a .289 batting average, 26 hits, 19 runs batted in, 13 walks, 11 runs, and two home runs.

She spent this past season at Ole Miss.

The duo joins a Red Raiders program that went 31-22 overall in 2023, including 5-13 in conference play.
