Curtis de-committed from the Georgia Bulldogs on October 17.

The Nashville, Tenn., native recently told On3's Hayes Fawcett that "my interest in Oregon is above others right now" and that he wishes to visit Eugene in the coming weeks.

Andrew Ivins of 247sports wrote this about Curtis before his sophomore season last year:

"Not afraid to dial up the deep ball and tends to connect on plenty of vertical shots. Also excels at hitting timing-based breaking routes over the middle. [...] Camp footage shows both pace and touch. Must keep developing and learn how to read the complex defenses he will face at the next level, but looks like one of the top signal callers early on in the 2026 cycle. Likely to find success in a variety of different offensive systems given his well-rounded skill set."

Curtis has already visited Tuscaloosa five times during his collegiate recruitment. However, this will be the first visit with Kalen DeBoer running the ship in Tuscaloosa.

The Crimson Tide has only one commit for the class of 2026 in four-star corner Dorian Barney.
