NASCAR champion Tony Stewart has once again lowered the price on his stunning rural estate, and pictures show a luxury property fit for one of America's most successful race car drivers.

Stewart first listed his 6-bedroom, 9.5-bathroom, 19,714-square-foot rural estate for $30 million in March of 2022, making it the most expensive home for sale in the state of Indiana at the time. When the listing failed to land a buyer, Stewart relisted the 415-acre property for $22.5 million in April of 2024.

That asking price still did not sell the extraordinary estate, so Stewart reduced his price by $3 million on Aug. 19. According to online real estate sites, the new asking price of $19.5 million breaks down to $989 per square foot and a monthly payment of $115,985.

Stewart's jaw-dropping mansion is truly one-of-a-kind, resembling a rural resort with its mix of rustic and over-the-top luxury. The stunning residence features a two-story waterfall and trout stream in the entry hall, and the staggering great room includes an 8700-gallon freshwater aquarium.

The house was constructed from lodgepole pine from the Northern Rockies. The highlights of Stewart's house include:

  • A bowling alley.
  • A game room.
  • A golf simulator room.
  • A lighted onyx bar.
  • An upscale kitchen with a hibachi grill.

All of the bedrooms are ensuites with attached bathrooms, and the high-end property also includes a 9-acre stocked lake, a 3,576-square-foot guest house and a large workshop. The land is also a licensed hunting preserve, with plentiful elk, deer and turkey living on the land.

Stewart is a four-time NASCAR Cup Series champion driver, and he is also a team co-owner. He bought the land in Indiana in 2004 and completed construction on what he calls his "dream home" in 2011.
