The staggering residence sits behind gates on nearly 4.5 acres of lush, green land on a private drive, and it boasts all of the highest-end amenities to impress even the most discriminating buyer, including top-of-the-line fixtures, appliances, lighting, automation and more.

Other features of the staggering house include:

  • A generator.
  • A private theater.
  • A game room.
  • A golf simulator.
  • A primary suite with a lounging area, a private porch, dual bathrooms and a multi-level walk-in closet.

According to online property sites, Harvick paid $3,335,000 for the property in 2014. If he gets his asking price of $12.5 million, it will break down to $952 per square foot and a monthly payment of $78,614.

Harvick's career as a NASCAR driver places him among the all-time greats. He won the Xfinity Series championships in 2001 and 2006, the Daytona 500 in 2007 and the Cup Series championship in 2014. Harvick holds the all-time record for Cup Series wins at Phoenix Raceway, with nine career wins.

Harvick now works as a NASCAR commentator for Fox. News of his home listing hit the same week that Stewart-Haas Racing announced it will close down after the 2024 NASCAR season. Harvick was one of the winningest drivers for the racing team, and he commented on its decision to close in a TV appearance, saying, "It's unbelievable to me, really, that we went from forever, to forward, to for sale."

Harvick won't be homeless after selling his stunning mansion. The racing legend spent $6.75 million for a 6-bedroom, 7.5-bathroom, 12, 042-square foot mansion in November of 2023. The estate sits directly on the water in Cornelius, N.C., and it's a famous property for NASCAR fans: the house appeared in one of the most iconic scenes from the classic comedy film Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby.
