When you put 30 country stars together, big things happen. Unsurprisingly, following its debut on Sept. 16, the "Forever Country" mashup has landed at the top of the charts.

"Forever Country," which features legends such as Reba McEntireTim McGraw, Randy Travis and many more, debuted on the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart in the No. 1 spot -- only the third song to do so since the chart began as a multi-metric chart in October of 1958, Billboard reports. Garth Brooks' "More Than a Memory" debuted in the top spot in September of 2007, while Craig Wayne Boyd's "My Baby's Got a Smile on Her Face" did so in January of 2015.

Additionally, "Forever Country" landed in the No. 21 spot on the all-genre Billboard Hot 100 during its first week. Per Nielsen Music, the song was also downloaded more than 93,000 times in its first week, securing the top spot on the Country Digital Song Sales chart, and was streamed 5.7 million times in the United States in its first week, hitting No. 1 on the Country Streaming Songs chart as well.

“Forever Country” is an impressive medley of three songs -- John Denver‘s “Take Me Home, Country Roads,” Willie Nelson‘s “On the Road Again” and Dolly Parton‘s “I Will Always Love You" -- and Billboard reports that those tunes are also seeing increases in sales. "Take Me Home, Country Roads" rose 181 percent, while "On the Road Again" increased by 126 percent, and "I Will Always Love You" saw a 314 percent increase in sales.

The "Forever Country" music video debuted on Sept. 20, and the single is available for download on iTunes. Proceeds go to the CMA Foundation’s music education work; the mashup was created to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the CMA Awards.
