Alabama fans spent the offseason wondering how the Crimson Tide offense would choose to replace superstar Tua Tagovailoa. Alabama had Mac Jones waiting in the wings for his opportunity to start as well as incoming freshman from California, Bryce Young. Jones won the job and has commanded the offense admirably so far but Alabama fans are still curious about Young and his ability to play for the future.

Young has appeared in four games this season in mop up duty for the Crimson Tide. He has completed eight passes for 84 yards in four blowout contests. Young may see more time this year but it is unlikely it will come in a tight contest. For Alabama fans wanting to get to know Young a bit better, he will be featured in Season 4 of Netflix's reality show "QB1".

QB1 is a Netflix series that follows high school quarterbacks in their final season as they prepare for Division 1 football. Young led the the Mater Dei Monarchs to the California state championship game but unfortunately lost to St. John Bosco and their highly touted quarterback DJ. Uiagalelei.

Notable quarterbacks who have been involved in the show are former Georgia quarterback Jake Fromm and former Ohio State and Miami quarterback Tate Martell in season one. Season two featured Heisman Trophy candidate Justin Fields and season three features current Oklahoma freshman quarterback Spencer Rattler.

Young is the only confirmed quarterback for season four however there are usually three quarterbacks featured each year. The season will begin on Dec. 13.
