Severe Storms Likely Tomorrow in West Alabama

Strong storms are headed our way, and now is the time to make your weekend plans.  The National Weather Service in Birmingham currently forecasts strong to severe storms in our area Saturday afternoon. The greatest risk area will be west of I-65, where damaging winds up to 60 MPH are possible. The risk of a few tornadoes can't be ruled out either. The primary window from storms will be from approximately 11 a.m. to 12 midnight.
