Paul Bryant Defeats No. 1 Pelham to Advance to Class 6A Final Four

Paul Bryant High earned a spot in the AHSAA Class 6A Final Four after upsetting top-ranked Pelham on Tuesday. 

The Stampede pulled off the 50-46 win behind regional MVP Seth Williams

Pelham was led by Alabama signee Alex Reese, who finished with 14 points and 11 rebounds in the losing effort. Crimson Tide head coach Avery Johnson was in Montgomery for the game along with assistants Antoine Pettway and John Pelphrey.

Paul Bryant will face Austin in the state semifinals next week.
