Alabama will have another quarterback on campus this fall after all.

After failing to sign one in the 2018 recruiting class, the Crimson Tide will add a quarterback through graduate transfer in May. According to multiple reports, East Carolina's Gardner Minshew has committed to Alabama and is expected to enroll before the summer.

The 6-foot-2, 215 pound Mississippi native threw for 3,487 yards, 24 touchdowns, and 11 interceptions over the past two seasons.

The addition will help add depth at the position for the 2018 season. Alabama returns two-year starter Jalen Hurts and national championship MVP Tua Tagovailoa, both of which are expected to compete for the starting job. Behind those two is redshirt freshman Mac Jones.

The Crimson Tide will return to the practice field for spring camp in March which will lead up to the A-Day game on April 21.
