Do You Get “Pawternity” Leave?

Apparently there's a new perk that some companies are starting to offer, "Pawternity Leave".  Just like it sounds, it's leave to care for a new pet.

According to Business Insider, only 5% are offering pawternity leave so far.  Some are offering a day, some others are offering up to a week.  There's also a growing trend to offer employees pet bereavement. Losing your furry friend is devastating, and more companies are now employees time off when their pets die too.
