Brookwood Volunteer Fire Department Rodeo Postponed

The Brookwood Volunteer Fire Department Rodeo originally scheduled for this weekend has been postponed due to inclement weather.

With showers and thunderstorms expected over Brookwood this Friday and Saturday, organizers have decided to reschedule the annual rodeo at this time. The tentative dates are now September 16th and 17th.

The annual rodeo will still be held at Brookwood Town Park and promises to be two fun nights of exciting action that will include calf roping, steer wrestling, barrel racing, saddle bronc riding and bull riding.

Adult tickets will be just $15, children 6-11 for just $10 and kids 5 and under are free. Gates will open at 6 pm and the rodeo will start at 8 pm.

Brookwood Town Park is located just off of Hwy. 216 in Brookwood, AL.
