Brad Paisley took part in a one-of-a-kind moment during his performance at the Grand Ole Opry recently, when a couple walked up to the stage and into the famed circle during his set. Before handing a man named Cody his microphone, Paisley asked him what he did for a living.

Cody said he's a fireman, which brought a big applause. He then took the singer's mic and knelt down on one knee, much to the surprise of his girlfriend, Brittany.

"Brittany, you are the love of my life and my best friend and I can't imagine living the rest of my life without you so will you marry me?" Cody said, asking for her hand in marriage.

Brittany said yes and after the two embraced, Paisley suggested they dance to his latest hit, "Today," live. "I don't know if that's happened, at least in front of me, on this stage before. You guys want to go over here and dance by the podium?" he asked.

The couple obliged, two-stepping beside him as he sang what turned out to be a perfect song for the moment. Paisley later shared his well wishes for the newly-engaged couple on Twitter:

Paisley has been a major part of many couple's lives, as several proposals have happened during his concerts, like the one below.
