A press release on Tuesday (Jan. 17) promises that the ceremony "honoring and showcasing the biggest names and emerging talent in country music, will feature exciting performances, unprecedented collaborations, surprising moments and more to be announced in the coming months." The annual awards ceremony is billed as Country Music's Party of the Year.

Details for a number of ACM-related events, including information about the 2017 ACM Party for a Cause events, activities and official ACM after parties, are still to be announced. The awards ceremony is sure to feature country music's biggest stars and up-and-coming new performers, both as nominees in the biggest categories, and as performers.

Veteran ACMs host Luke Bryan invited his good friend Dierks Bentley to co-host the broadcast in 2016, and the two men revealed an easy comedic chemistry. It remains to be seen who will host in 2017, but it's sure to be a pair of country music's brightest stars.
